Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen

General Terms and Conditions are all contract terms that are pre-formulated for a variety of contracts and that one contracting party (the user) may impose on the other contracting party when a contract is concluded.

It is therefore immaterial whether the provision constitutes part of the contract separate from the contract itself (called the “small print” in common parlance) or whether it is included in the contract document itself.
